What an AI Dashboard Workshop is
An AI Dashboard Workshop is a working session where I sit with your team and teach them to build a dashboard from their own data. You export your numbers from the tools you already use, like QuickBooks or a spreadsheet. You build the dashboard on your own computer, using the AI you already have: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot. It is plain browser chat, not developer tools. I teach it, your team builds it, and you keep it.

I teach you to build it and run it on your own device
I teach you to build it and run it on your own device. I do not teach putting it on a server or in the cloud. That is where a spreadsheet project turns into a security and hosting project, and I would rather tell you that up front than let you find out the hard way. I call that point the wall: live data connections, security, and hosting. If you want it shared with your team, secured, and customized past the basics, that is Build and Host.

In person: I come and sit with your team. Time is booked in blocks sized to your team. Smaller teams book shorter blocks. Larger teams book a 4-hour or 8-hour day. We tune the format to what we learn on the discovery call.

Sample agenda (4-hour day)
- Hour 1: Data. What your accounting export looks like and how to clean it so the dashboard can trust it.
- Hours 2–3: Build. Your first tile from your own file, then aging, then who to chase.
- Hour 4: Security and the wall. What never goes into an AI chat, how to protect the dashboard, and where you will need help.
An 8-hour day adds more time on your own data, sharing it inside your company, and a longer, plainer look at the wall.

Is it safe to use AI on our financial data?
That is part of the day. I teach what should never be pasted into an AI chat, why, and what to do instead.
Do we have to put it on a server?
No, and I do not teach that. If you want it hosted and secured, that is Build and Host.
