How we use your information
We use what you give us to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide IT services you’ve requested
- Send you the guide or resource you specifically requested
- Schedule and conduct consultation calls
- Send service updates to existing clients
- Improve our website based on aggregated, anonymized analytics

- Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats
What we don’t do:
- Sell your information
- Share your specific contact info with advertisers for retargeting
- Send you unsolicited marketing emails or texts
Who we share information with
We share information only with these categories of third parties, and only as necessary to operate:
Service providers we use to run the site
- Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, and security in front of our site (every visit passes through)
- OVH — our hosting provider (where this site physically lives)
- Microsoft 365 — where we receive form submissions as email
- Google (Analytics 4) — anonymized usage analytics
- Meta (Facebook Pixel) — ad campaign measurement
- LinkedIn (Insight Tag) — LinkedIn campaign measurement
Service providers we use to serve clients
- Calendly — when you book a call, we share your name and email so Calendly can schedule the meeting
Note on future CRM integration: we are evaluating customer relationship management platforms (such as Growably or similar coaching/MSP platforms). If we add a CRM that stores your contact information, we will update this policy and notify users.
When required by law
We will share information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, court order, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of others.
Business transfers
If RZR Solutions is ever acquired, merged, or sells substantially all its assets, your information would be among the assets transferred. We’d notify you if that happens.
Text messaging & SMS
Important: we operate on an inbound-consent basis. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts.
We may send you a text message only if:
- You texted us first
- You explicitly asked us to text you (verbally or in writing)
- You’re an active client and we need to coordinate a specific service issue
If you receive a text from us and want it to stop, simply reply STOP and we’ll remove your number from any further texting. You can also reply HELP for help. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Message frequency varies based on service activity.
Cookies & tracking
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies. Here’s what we use and why.
Strictly necessary cookies
- Cloudflare security cookies (block bots and attackers)
- Form session cookies (prevent duplicate submissions)
Analytics & campaign measurement cookies
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — anonymized site usage. Opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

- LinkedIn Insight Tag — measures LinkedIn campaign effectiveness. Manage at LinkedIn ad settings.
How to opt out broadly
All major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) let you block cookies entirely through their settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site (forms, security).

How we protect your information
We’re a cybersecurity company — this is what we do for a living, so we take it seriously:
- HTTPS encryption end-to-end on every page
- Cloudflare enterprise-grade DDoS and bot protection
- Server access restricted to authorized personnel only
- Industry-standard credential and access management
- Continuous logging and security monitoring
That said, no system is perfectly secure. If we ever experience a data breach affecting your personal information, we’ll notify you in accordance with applicable law — typically within 60 days under Texas law, sooner where other jurisdictions require it.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as we need it:
- Form submissions — up to 3 years after last contact, then deleted (unless you become a client)
- Client records — duration of the service relationship plus 7 years (tax and legal compliance)
- Server access logs — 90 days
- Analytics data — per Google / Meta / LinkedIn default policies, typically 14–26 months
You can request earlier deletion by emailing [email protected] (subject to legal retention obligations).
Children’s privacy
Our services are for businesses, not children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe we’ve inadvertently collected information from a child, contact us immediately and we’ll delete it.
Third-party links
Our site links to other websites (Calendly, LinkedIn, Google, etc.). Their privacy practices are their own — we recommend reading their privacy policies before sharing information with them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. When we do:
- The “Last updated” date at the top changes
- For significant changes (new data uses, new third parties), we’ll post a notice on the site
- For material changes affecting existing clients, we’ll email you
Continued use of our site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
Questions about your data?
We’re a small, real team. You won’t hit a ticket queue.
