You built it. Now you want it live, shared, and safe.
When the dashboard outgrows one computer, I build it and host it for you.
Build and Host is the second tier
Build and Host is the second tier. Your team learned to build a dashboard on one computer from exported files. When you want it in the cloud, shared with the team, secured, and customized past the basics, I build it and host it on RZR servers for a monthly retainer. You bring the dashboard you built, or the one you want. I handle the parts that turn a spreadsheet project into a system.
The wall, in plain English
Live data
A dashboard built from a CSV is a snapshot. Live means connecting to QuickBooks itself, and the QuickBooks API needs OAuth, a registered developer app, and secure token storage. That is a developer’s job, not a weekend’s.
Security
Once it is shared, you have logins, who sees what, MFA, keys that must never sit in the file, backups, and offboarding when someone leaves.
Hosting
Something has to serve it, update it, watch it, and answer when it breaks at 6 a.m.
What I build
- Hosted on RZR servers, in the cloud, reachable by the people you choose.
- Shared with your team, each with their own login.
- Secured: access, MFA, backups, and keys kept out of the file.
- Customized past the basics, meaning the parts a chat window could not do for you.
- Live connections to your data where they earn their keep.
One monthly retainer covers building it, hosting it, and keeping it running. New features after the first build are a separate conversation, and I will tell you that before we start.
Your data stays yours.

How it starts
A discovery call. I ask where you keep your files (SharePoint, OneDrive, a file server), who runs your IT, what accounting system you use, whether you have an internal server, and where month-end hurts. Then you get a written proposal.
FAQ
Do we have to do the workshop first?
No. Some teams come straight here. The workshop is for teams that want to build it themselves first.
Can you connect it to QuickBooks?
Yes. Live data connections are one of the three things the retainer exists for.
Where is it hosted?
On RZR servers.
Who can see it?
The people you choose, each with their own login.
What happens when something breaks?
Keeping it running is part of the retainer. That is the difference between a file on a laptop and a system.
What does it cost?
I do not publish prices. We talk first, then you get a written proposal.
What happens when you book
- Same-day confirmation. You hear back the same day.
- A 30-minute call. We talk through your team and where it hurts.
- A written proposal within 3 business days.
