Is my business data private?
NICI runs on hardware we own and operate — not a public AI service. Your information is used to make decisions about your systems and stays inside our environment.
Does this replace my IT support team?
No. It removes the repetitive, after-hours, easy-to-miss work so people stay focused on the judgment calls that actually need a human. You still get a real person — they just spend their time where it counts.
