What the training library is
The training library is a free set of recorded lessons, about 15 minutes each, one per step, so a person stuck on one step can watch just that step. It is being built now, and nothing is recorded yet. Leave your email and you get each lesson the day it is ready. Today you get the Practical AI Guide, so you have something useful while you wait.
Six tracks
Track 0: Orientation
What we are building and why (a tour of the finished fake-company dashboard, three role views). The starter kit: a fake dataset, a prompt pack, a security checklist.
Track 1: Data
What your accounting data actually looks like. Cleaning and shaping it so the dashboard can trust it.
Track 2: Build
Your first tile from a CSV. Receivables aging with drill-down. Late-payer ranking and a drafted reminder email. Cash position and a 13-week forecast. One dashboard, three audiences. Polish, print, and the owner summary.
Track 3: Deploy
Where it runs (your machine or an internal share) and what that means. Sharing it safely with the leadership team. Refreshing the data without breaking it.
Track 4: Security
Using AI on financial data: what never gets pasted, why, and the safe alternatives. Securing the dashboard itself: who can open it, MFA, read-only access, keys never in the file, backups, offboarding.
Track 5: The wall
Live QuickBooks data and APIs. AI gateways and MCPs. Monitoring, bugs, and who gets called at 6 a.m. Taking it to your boss: the one-page handoff.
