Which AI should your team use? The one you already have.
All four can read a spreadsheet export and write a dashboard page. The differences that matter are smaller than the sales pages say.
Use the one you already have
For building a dashboard from exported data, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot can all do the job. The right one is the one your team already pays for and already opens every day. What matters more than the vendor is your plan’s data settings, where your files live, and whether your team will keep using it after I leave. We settle that on the discovery call.
What matters for this job
- It reads a spreadsheet or CSV you upload.
- It writes a single-file dashboard page you open in a browser.
- You can see what it built while you work.
- Your business data terms: what the vendor does with what you paste.

Personal and free accounts have their own data settings, and they are not always off by default. We check yours on the call.
What I check on the discovery call
- Which plan you are on, and who administers it.
- Where your files live: SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, a file server.
- Whether anyone on the team already builds things in it.
FAQ
Do you recommend one?
No. I recommend the one you already pay for, because the dashboard is a file any of them can write, and your team's habit is worth more than a feature. If you do not have any of them, we pick one on the call.
Is a free account enough?
For learning, usually. Free plans have usage limits that can interrupt a full day, and their data settings differ from business plans. A paid seat avoids both.
Can we switch later?
Yes. The dashboard is a file your team keeps. The AI is the helper, not the product.
Will the AI see our financial data?
Only what you paste or upload. Part of the workshop is deciding what never gets pasted and what to do instead.
Not sure which plan you are on?
That is a five-minute question on the call. Book a discovery call.
