Windows

  1. Download the installer for your system
  2. If using Windows Defender, run these commands in PowerShell as administrator:
    Add-MpPreference -ExclusionPath “C:\Program Files\Mesh Agent\*”
  3. Run the downloaded installer
  4. If you see any security warnings, click “More Info” and then “Run Anyway”
  5. Follow the installation prompts
  6. Once installed, notify our support team

Mac

  1. Open the downloaded file
  2. When prompted, follow the System Preferences steps to grant necessary permissions:
    • Enable Accessibility access
    • Allow Screen Recording
    • Grant Full Disk Access
  3. Complete the installation
  4. Notify our support team when complete
